Scheduling Methods

Please schedule in-person and remote through our online Booking Form.
Please Contact Us to schedule group or off-site sessions at a location of your choice.

Location of Services

In-person sessions are completed at the following locations:
- Reiki for People (In-Person Session): Located at Peacefully Rooted
- Reiki for Pets (In-Person Session): Located at Innovative Veterinary Medicine
Remote sessions are scheduled as Zoom appointments.
- Reiki for People (Distance Session): It is recommended that you be in a comfortable, quiet location to maximize your experience.
- Reiki for Pets (Distance Session): Pets will likely be most comfortable and relaxed at home.
Other Locations: We do offer off-site Reiki at a location of your choice. Please contact us directly to schedule these.

Number of Participants

Online bookings are for one individual or one pet + one person.
Group Sessions: Please contact us directly for multi-party bookings so we can plan your session accordingly.

Pet Sessions

The safety of all participants is paramount. If signs of aggression, behavioral issues, or other safety concerns are noted during a session, we may end the session early to preserve everyone's safety and produce the best outcome for your pet. If this occurs, a partial charge may apply based on time completed.

While we will provide reiki for all pets, if your pet has known aggression, including having previously bitten or tried to bite a person or other animal, we will only provide sessions remotely. Anxious animals may also do best via remote appointments.

Pets must be up to date on their rabies vaccine.

Cancellations, Rescheduling, & Missed Appointments

At RENEW Reiki, we value your time and ours. Each appointment is reserved exclusively for you or your pet, and we request advance notice if your plans change.

We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance: no fee.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the session cost.
Missed appointments (“no-shows”) will be charged the full session fee.

We understand that emergencies occur. Exceptions may be considered at the discretion of RENEW Reiki.

Payment Policy

Payment is due at booking or at the time of service unless otherwise arranged in advance.

For sessions scheduled via Online Booking, a credit card is required to hold your appointment but will not be charged until your appointment is completed.

Refunds

Reiki is a complementary wellness service focused on relaxation and stress support. Because time is reserved specifically for each client, refunds are not provided for completed sessions.
